A photographic journey is not just about visiting destinations: it’s about living the passion for photography in every moment, sharing it with people who feel the same, and transforming each landscape into a creative opportunity. Traveling with a group of photography enthusiasts means learning, finding inspiration, and enjoying a truly unique experience together.
That’s why I decided to bring to life an idea that had been in my mind for more than five years. During the pandemic, in a place as magical as the Himalayas, I realized I wanted to make travel and photography an essential part of my life, and share this passion with other travelers who feel the same.
This is how Monkey Films was born, led by myself, Fabrizio Papaianni, photographer and videographer with over 15 years of experience and more than 25 countries traveled across six continents.
Every photographic journey is an opportunity to learn, but also to enjoy. It doesn’t matter if you have a professional camera or simply a smartphone with manual mode—the most important thing is your vision, your curiosity, and your willingness to let creativity flow.
During the experience, we dive into sessions that naturally blend theory and practice: walking with our cameras through vibrant markets, waking up at dawn to capture the first light of day, experimenting with night photography under starry skies, and dedicating time to editing so that each image becomes a complete work.
More than just a course or a trip, this is about living photography as a shared passion—finding inspiration in every corner, and returning home with memories, learning, and new friendships that last just as long as the images you capture.
